People working at Helen’s are really helpful. Took my bike in for service recently and Helen’s employee went out of his way to solve the problem quickly. I expected it to take weeks to fix but it was resolved within about ten minutes.

We appreciated the customer service in general and specifically by Seth who was very helpful and well informed about your products as well as our particular bike.
The customer service is terrible. My son's bike was there for month. I had to call every few dates for an update and each time I called I was told that they were waiting for the parts to arrive and that I would get a phone call in a few days with a update. I never got a call and I had to call each time to get an update. Then it cost nearly the same price as buying a new bike, which I should have done instead. It would have saved me time in the long run.
Friendly, fast, knowledgable
Even with the pandemic you can usually find what you need. Lots of staff to help with everything. Lots of great high end equipment.
The Trek Verve 2 bicycle I purchased is light and shifts gears smoothly. I am able to ride sitting upright which takes the pressure off my back.
My experience with Helen's Cycles was great from the beginning. I ordered an impossible to find bike and one week later it arrived! The staff there was top quality, guiding me through what I needed to know before heading out. My questions were answered before I left. Couldn't be happier!
There was some attitude in how the store manager and the girl behind the register communicated. I understand that sometimes as people who manage a business, they need to say no to something a customer wants, but the way it is communicated is so important. I have been shopping at Helen's since I began cycling in 2018 and I have sent people from my team there all along. Although I still like the store, I think being nice and professional is a big part of the experience which did not feel good to me, this time around.
