Its all in the service! Love the team. They take care of their customers as if they were family. I went to Santa Monica and this was on a closed day (I flatted and didn't have a way to fix my bike on my ride) and they patched me and sold me a 2nd spare tube + garage pump I can rely on for bike use (my old floor pump was worn out, no presta chuck). And the team called me to let me know I left without my pump, sending it to the Manhattan Beach store for me. Quite the Monday. But they made the day better.
Seth always goes above and beyond wen it comes to customer service!
Everyone there, every interaction was friendly and helpful. They fielded questions with clear explanations, sharing both technical answers and support for my eagerness to understand. Seth was especially kind extending extra effort to expedite service and giving me options. They have finished work i time as promised. I would clearly return there for service and future purchases. I want to be where people are knowledgeable and have access to good stock, but care enough about me and me enjoying the sport to make sure I have a good fit.
the "gentleman" at the repairs department treated me as if I were an annoying imposition. I drove 45 minutes to get a part to expedite a bike repair at "my" shop. I offered the business card specifying the part. After some time and confusion of "hunting" the item was found and I made the purchase. Apparently the I Martin called my Helen's guy and was convinced to release the part. The young lady at the desk was lovely. not my issue. It seems a lot of bad PR for $25 part. I am sure there are reasons I am not privvy to, but seems unwise to treat the customer as the target of disgruntlement.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff
My wife is the avid cyclist and has always been a fan and Brady was a huge help when we were there on Saturday.

Good selection and good customer service
The service was wonderful. The gentleman who helped us was very helpful and personable.
I bought a new bike, a bike U lock, a basket, and a helmet yesterday. The salesman is very nice.
The overall service is good except for a man, I’m not sure he is a manager or not. I asked him for showing me how to use the bike U lock. He was like angry at me. He made me feel very unpleasant with his service.
However, after that he asked the salesman to show me how to use the lock.
The salesman is very kind and polite to me. He made me feel better.
Helpful staff and wide selection.
Great selection of products. Cameron our sales person was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made our time in store fun. We also brought an older bike in for service. When we picked it up it looked brand new. Wow!

The staff always takes very good care of me. I brought my bike in for repair on Sunday and was back on the road Wednesday. This store help build my bike frame in September 2020, and its the only place I go for repairs/tune-ups.
Monty was great, selection was awesome and everyone there was very friendly :)

Lovely people- the staff were great. But the work done was expensive and the end result if feel like was sub par. (Especially for the aforementioned steep price)
