I had my Trek Checkpoint gravel bike tuned up last week at the Manhattan Beach location and it rides better than when I first got it a couple years ago. Seth was awesome and I am extremely happy with the service. I will be buying a couple more bikes in the near future and will most definitely come back to this location to do so. Thank you!

Helens cycle is great, the mechanics are knowledgeable and the service is always consistent. Cost is very reasonable.
Price to adjust rear derailleur was reasonable ($20), and I was able to chat with the technician to understand what he found and the work he performed. When I dropped the bike off, I was a little put out to find that the certificate for a free first tuneup that came with my new bike was only valid at the Woodland Hills Trek store where I bought the bike (only place I could find that had it in stock).
