Cameron helped me choose a new electric bike & ordered it. I received email notification when I arrived & Cameron called me as well. He answered all of my questions & the repair staff got everything running smoothly. Sales & repair staff very professional!
The person who serviced my bike was so nice and helpful. He came out onto the floor and helped me pick out the right basket for my bike. He taught me how to use the bike pump I bought by showing me how and helping me practice pumping the tires up. I really appreciate the extra time he took to help me and explain everything.

Great tune up
Wilbur in the Service Division told me that my bicycle was broken, but it was still covered under a warranty, so he was able to get me a replacement bicycle. I get regular tune-ups from Helen's every three-four months and they have been good about taking me in and finishing up within a day. I do recommend Helen's Cycles. They are conscientious and make suggestions as needed. When you ride a bike every day as I do, you need to deal with people who know bikes well, and at Helen's Cycles, they know bicycles very well.

He's the best.
He is the one and only reason I bought my Trek Fuel EX-5 from Helen's Cycles-Santa Monica. He's been a good friend and expertly fixing my bicycles for over twenty years, since way back when there was a Helen's Cycles in Westwood Village. Because of him, I've bought TWO bicycles from Helen's Cycles: a Cannondale Lefty Scalpel 900 when he was at the Westwood Village store, and the aforementioned Trek Fuel EX-5 now that he's at the Santa Monica store.
Whatever you're paying him isn't enough. Give him a raise. Put his kids through college. Do anything and everything you need to keep him. Because when he goes, I go.
