Ed changed my tire quickly and competently.
Friendly, knowledgeable, patient staff. Helped me from start to finish. Educated me on bike parts and features and capabilities. Really a wonderful experience. Love my new bike. It’s a game changer. Electric shifting is buttery and extremely fun and fast. And I’ll probably end up buying a second bike! Thank you, Helens Cycles. Brady is an amazing person and I can't thank him enough for everything. La Familia.
The team in the service department are incredible!
I had a wonderful experience at Helen's yesterday! Chris (the Brit) was enormously helpful. I just got a new road bike but needed all sorts of gear and he spent almost two hours with me, helping me pick out shoes, leggings, a jersey, bike tools, and water bottles. He also adjusted my seat and pedals for me. He was just absolutely the most helpful, polite and professional person I have encountered in a long time. He answered my many questions and put up with my general indecisiveness. Give this man a raise! I will be going back to Helens many times in the future for all of my cycling needs because of this positive experience.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Store is in a very upscale community so prices are high. They used to give 10% discount off bikes to repeat customers. This probably stopped during Covid. I would suggest bringing it back. Thanks

Monty was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I was quoted $100 and a new chain on each of my two bikes and was told someone would let me know if more work needed to be done. After I didn’t hear anything for a few days, I called, was told the bikes were already ready, and charged over $400.
I can always depend on Wilbur and Eric in the service department to take care of me

The techies at the store are knowledgeable and honest. They tell you what’s really wrong with your bike and fix it quickly and well. I don’t worry about being ripped off. When you’re someone not very knowledgeable about all of the bike ‘s inner workings, it’s an important comfort level.
Ed at the service department was awesome. he assisted me by changing the flat tired on my bike. He was very helpful an kind. I truly appreciate the help. In addition, Cameron also answer a few questions about installing a new bike rake in my vehicle. Great customer service by these two guys.

The service is wonderful! Daniel helped me with choosing baskets and lights for our two bikes. The mechanics installed the basket device and Daniel helped me get my bike back in my car. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Helen's for their biking needs.

Maybe be a little more chill on pricing, play the long game and don’t nickel and dime us? Prices on everything seem very high, including accessories and parts. You guys seem to think everyone in the area is making dentist money, but most of us are not. One time I was looking at gloves that had a Helen’s price tag showing right next to the manufacturer’s, and Helen was $10 over msrp! Another time I was buying brake pads that had the wrong price on them, and instead of just giving me the marked price you insisted on the extra $5 and made me stand there while a new price tag was created. A friend of mine got bad service when his kid’s new bike had a problem you blamed them for, but what would it hurt you to have just given a free repair on a bike you sold, even if it was his fault? The king game…
