Brady Dehayes is a great salesperson. Patient, full of useful information, low key funny and doesn't push at all. I truly appreciated dealing with him after stopping first at the Specialized store in Santa Monica and being treated like I was an inconvenience. Even though it took months to get my Trek Domane SL5 in and the bike itself became available at other dealers within that time, I waited for it to arrive at Helen's -- because I bought a Trek mountain bike from Helen's previously, and because of the experience with Brady.

Thank to Monty for making it all to easy to drop 2 grand on a bike on Thursday! :) :) It's a great new ride and I can't wait to hit the road. I appreciate how lovely and nice everyone was during this fun process of FINALLY treating myself to a new road bike after searching for the right one online for months. I'll be back to see you all again very soon, and I'm sure throughout cycling season.

It’s a great experience every time I walk into Helen’s. Everyone on the staff is very welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. Greg and Seth are usually the 2 gentlemen I work with when I go in and they’re awesome. Great at listening to what I need and offering suggestions. Even answer my many dumb questions :) and don’t make me feel bad about asking them. The times I’ve dropped my bike off for service it’s been a quick turnaround and the work is always quality. I’d absolutely recommend Helen’s!

my bike had a back light attached to the seat post when i brought it in. When i asked about during pick up (it was gone) i was basically called a liar as they insisted it was not there, but i know it was. I never take it off and I am positive it was there since i have to wrap my bike lock around it so it doesn't block the light, i notice it every time i ride and lock/unlock my bike from a rack, which is every day.
Last minute, I both my daughter a helmet that she wanted so much, on the phone and arrived late . A gentlemen was waiting for me outside, to pick up my purchase.

I had a spoke in my front wheel repaired a month ago. The repair person did not take out the broke spoke nipple, so it was rolling around in the wheel and making a lot of noise. When I brought my bike in a few days ago, the repair person fished it out for me. I would have liked if the first repair person would have taken the time to remove the broken nipple.
Mario was very helpful and the repair/service was upfront about their recommendations and options as to my bikes condition.
