He was extremely patient with me while I tested different sizes, seat heights, handle bar positions, etc. and made the entire process feel much less intimidating that I would have imagined. Generally I like Helen's but a little while ago I had dropped my bike for some basic service. I forget what exactly, I think truing a wheel or something minor. Anyway, they oiled my freshly waxed chain. It cost me a couple hours to degrease and rewax the drivetrain. A professional shop should be able to recognize when a chain is waxed on an expensive road bike. Still a great shop but I will keep on eye on that if I use the service center in the future.

The staff were friendly. I waited at the nearby Colorado Center while the tuneup was performed. It took less than two hours. The staff waited while I test-rides the bike and he patiently received my concerns and made further gear adjustments until I was satisfied. Thank you for the great job!

I rented bikes from Helen Cycling for the weekend and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.
The bikes were in excellent condition, perfectly maintained, and clearly set up with care and attention to detail.

I brought my bike in for a tune up. I was contacted that I needed a new chain and how much it would cost. My bike looked brand new when I picked it up and it rides great. The service was great and the time frame was reasonable.
