I bought my bike at Helen's and it was a great experience. I took it for a test ride and it rode great. The salesman answered all my questions and I got a good price on the bike, as well as a few add-ons. I also had the bike serviced at Helen's and the work was completed very quickly.
Your mechanics Wilbur and Eric are probably two of the best bike mechanics in the city such respect and professionalism. That’s why I’ll always come there for my maintenance needs. They are truly awesome.

I have been going to Helen's cycles since 10/30/2004 - the day i bought my bike, and i have been having it serviced by you ever since - except for the occasional flat i get - where i have to go to the closest place on foot to my flat - I go to you. Thank you for exceptional service for the past 21 years and counting.
It feels welcoming to come to Helen’s and the service team knows how to fix things. I feel safe and taken care of. It’s got that old fashioned personable vibe and you always have everything I need.

The in-store experience was top notch, but the online part came up short. I ordered something for pickup, received a confirmation email that the order had been received and that I should not come to pick it up until I get the next email saying that it was ready. That part was in all caps. No follow-up email came. Five days later, I stopped by the store to find that my item was readily available. Not a horrible experience, but if I thought it would happen again, I would just order from Amazon.
