So happy with everything. Great service from Johnny. He explained everything about my new bicycle and asked me what I noticed about each test drive to ensure I was confident leaving the store with the right selection. As someone who had exclusively ridden CitiBikes in NYC the past five years (new to SoCal), he was super patient explaining everything and ensuring I left happy with my bike. I was recommended to the store by my good friend Robert Mitchell, who lived in Venice for 20 years, and I am so glad I listened to him. I won't think twice about where I will go for all-things bicycle related in the future. Thank you!

I've bought multiple bikes and many accessories there over the many years I've shopped at Helens. It's the only bike store I go to.
