Helen's selection of a broad array of bicycles from various manufacturers is a benefit to consumers. Helen's technicians are top notch and attentive. Helen's has always been among the best of bicycle shops in Los Angeles. Check them out if you're in the market for a bicycle. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
What I appreciate about Helen's is that it's a place for REAL cycling enthusiasts to go. They speak the language and know the particulars in a way that few people at generic bike shops or a generic sporting goods store (e.g. Big 5) would know. Their prices also seem fair and their selection jives with what I need to have a good riding experience and to be serious about taking care of my health. Bravo and thank you!

I brought in my Cervelo Soloist for a front wheel and handlebar replacement and the repair team did a great job communicating and were speedy through the whole process
When I went into the Santa Monica store the salesman said there were no bikes available in my price point matching my wishes, but I ended up ordering one online from the bike brand that matched my criteria and was listed in stock at the Santa Monica store. The sales guy was also condescending on my initial visit.
My bike was serviced (great) and I bought a bunch of nutrition (great selection). Service is quick and available and the guys working on the bike are kind and explain what they are doing.
