Trek bikes, related cycling products, knowledgable but not pushy staff.
The front desk employee has an arrogant and unfriendly attitude toward customers. She doesn't seem very happy doing her job. The other employees seem friendlier.

Exceptional Customer Service.
I was greeted by the receptionist as soon as I walked in. I told her I wanted some help with sales and she found someone for me. The salesman was knowledgable and courteous. He was very helpful. I enjoyed my experience. I am a somewhat regular customer.

The customer service was great. I got educated on entry-level bikes, got to test ride a few, and got all the necessary accessories although it was close to the Sunday store closing time!
You guys have a great selection of bicycling clothes plus a nice "try-on" room. There are so many different fits/sizes with bicycle clothes that it's real nice to be able to try different items on right in the store. I ended up buying $650 of bike clothes!
Johnny was super helpful answering my questions about Santa Cruz mountain bikes and Trek road bikes. I'm going to have Johnny order me a new Santa Cruz Blur as soon as I sell my DaVinci tandem and classic Bianchi road bike. I may even have him build me a new Trek Domane SLR.
I'm so glad that your shop has not been swallowed up by the Trek Corporation. Many of my favorite family bike shops in the Bay Area (where I live) have not fared so well.

The shop doesn’t feel at all inviting to the casual Sat. family biker. It feels geared (pun) to the serious 60 miles in a weekend person.

In particular Wilbur who runs service is very experienced, knowledgeable and gets things done promptly and to a very high standard. Cameron is very friendly and welcoming.

Your repair staff is amazing! They did a wonderful job cleaning up a classic vintage bike that had been outside during the Palisades fires and was really filthy and gritty. Wilbur seemed to understand that it was a treasure to me and was so kind. It made me so happy to have the bike restored to it's former glory.
