Came in with a vague idea of what I wanted. Met with David who was superb from start to finish.
Even ordered the specific bike from Trek for me to ride in person. No pressure and very attentive.

I was not permitted to authorize someone else to pick up my order. However, I was permitted to immediately cancel my order and the merchandise were held so that individual could purchase them in person.

Shopping at Helen's was a very positive experience. The salesman was friendly and informative and he did not pressure me at all. The store had a good selection of bikes at all price points. I ended up buying a Trek hybrid. I was given the opportunity to take the bike for a ride before purchasing and that was much appreciated. I also bought an odometer and water cage and a technician installed them right away.
I came in unannounced with a problem trying to get my bike dismantled for shipping. The guys jumped right in, and also replaced an inner tube that was flat. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful.
