I have been going to Helen's cycles since 10/30/2004 - the day i bought my bike, and i have been having it serviced by you ever since - except for the occasional flat i get - where i have to go to the closest place on foot to my flat - I go to you. Thank you for exceptional service for the past 21 years and counting.
It feels welcoming to come to Helen’s and the service team knows how to fix things. I feel safe and taken care of. It’s got that old fashioned personable vibe and you always have everything I need.

The in-store experience was top notch, but the online part came up short. I ordered something for pickup, received a confirmation email that the order had been received and that I should not come to pick it up until I get the next email saying that it was ready. That part was in all caps. No follow-up email came. Five days later, I stopped by the store to find that my item was readily available. Not a horrible experience, but if I thought it would happen again, I would just order from Amazon.

I certainly had options in choosing where to buy my new bike (it's the third bike in my "posse" but my first electric bike), but knew that if I went to Helen's I'd be able to see a large in-stock inventory AND because the breadth of their product offerings were so broad, that I'd get objective advice about how and what to choose. Additionally, the individual with whom I dealt, Johnny, was friendly and didn't seem to push anything on me. So, to encapsulate, it's the inventory, breadth of products offered and friendliness of the staff.
