Quality and durability
Very helpful and made the bike purchase process very smooth. Spent time explaining the features of the new bike and even offered inner tube in case of future flat repair. Excellent services and great executions!

When I had an issue with my Bosch system and shifters, the technician performed an update and cleaned the bike, but the shifter and the system updates persisted. I ended up taking my e-bike to another store (Bike Attack in Del Rey) and they were able to fix both issues.
