Friendly and informative. The tech even showed me my broken derailer he replaced. Even though I didn’t ask for the proof, I thought it was a nice touch with explanation. Not just a bill.

Helen's tuned up and cleaned my bike in less than a week for a very fair price. Another shop, slightly closer to me, was much more expensive with a three week turnaround. I bought my bike at Helen's and have used its service department for years. It's mechanics are very experienced and always do a great job.

I bought a new Trek FX2 bike. Johnny was a great salesman. He was informative and answered all my questions. He worked with me on sizing and what was the best fit for me. I will continue to go to Helen’s with all my biking needs. Free service and tune ups for 1 year. Great deal.

Service. Employee’s knowledge
I appreciate that the service people are keeping an eye out for cyclists' wellbeing, even if it's beyond the scope of the service. So, for example, the mechanic noticed that my seat was a bit low, even as I was walking out the door. He stopped me, checked the seat height, readjusted it, had me ride around the parking lot, and then checked one more time, making sure that the seat hadn't slipped. He made me feel like part of the community.
I go to Helen's Cycles for a thorough tune-up about three times a year because I ride my bike a lot. They went through my bike, checked out everything, fixed my squeak brakes, cleaned the bike up, and had the bike ready for me the next day. I strongly recommend them as they are professionals who know what their job is.

The guy I bought the bike from was very informative and friendly! The bike was great and due to the timing of the purchase I got some money off. Overall, very pleased with both the service and bike!
