Love Helens.🎉Everyone there is always helpful and acknowledgeable. I won a free E Bike from City of Santa Monica and that’s where I purchased it last June. I went there Friday because I thought my light on my TREK Electric bike was broken, but I didn’t even know how to turn it on correctly..Cameron immediately turned it on and showed me how to keep it on. Left it there overnight for a free service. Great place and prices..Kids bikes 🚴 too. 🎉

Helen's tuned up and cleaned my bike in less than a week for a very fair price. Another shop, slightly closer to me, was much more expensive with a three week turnaround. I bought my bike at Helen's and have used its service department for years. It's mechanics are very experienced and always do a great job.

Rude and greedy
I bought a new Trek FX2 bike. Johnny was a great salesman. He was informative and answered all my questions. He worked with me on sizing and what was the best fit for me. I will continue to go to Helen’s with all my biking needs. Free service and tune ups for 1 year. Great deal.
