The best bike shop in town!
The repair dept is awesome. My wife’s bike after a overall feels brand new. The staff is super friendly, not pushy, and know their stuff. Great place. Feel very confident there.
The staff took the time to explain e-bikes to me and let me try out different frame sizes.
Friendly and well informed workers were able to quickly get me a starter bike while also keeping me reasonably informed about all of the benifits that I get when I purchase with ya'll.

When someone brings their bike in for service, it sure would be great to receive even a limited report about what was done and if there are any recommendations. I had to ask several times about the above matters

Helen’s always has a large selection of bikes. Whether you want a less expensive bike or high end bike, they have it all. The sales staff are very helpful. Also, the service at Helen’s is second to none.

While I went into the store to purchase riding shorts, gloves and a helmet (Pearl Izumi, Trek) I also was looking for a "touring" shoe. These were not offered, but the entire experience remained great.
It is especially appreciated that a manager such as Daniel was there. Daniel is an asset to Helen's Cycles. Just a pleasant guy all around, and sincerely so.
It was nice to see Helen's Cycles' Manhattan Beach store doing business after being in that location for so many years. I used to frequent the store when I was an active mountain biker.
