Online purchase was smooth. Confirmation and scheduling of pickup was quick. Pickup was easy.
Wilber was there when we needed help with our bikes. We can count on him to make sure we have a safe ride and that we are able to ride our bikes every day. This is most important. He's what Helen's is all about!

I purchased a Cannondale Scalpel in February - and have had several issues of just sloppy work by your shop
* the dust cap on the rear caliper was not there
* the guide for the front brake line was not installed (I bought a new brush guard to get a new guide)
* the cable termination for the rear derailleur was not properly routed around the clamp so that it interfered with the cahin.
so that it
* the lockout cable for the shocks was improperly installed so it did not lock-out
* the rear brake line connection to the caliper was not properly tightened so that it leaked
* the rear brake line was twisted so that it interfered with the fork when turning
* there were other issues which at the moment I can't recall
You and Cannondale stood by your product when the derailer destructed -- but I now suspect that the cause of the derailer issue was the result of some other sloppy mechanic work.

I always get my bike fixed at Helen’s Cycles and they do it quick and at a reasonable price. They staff is very friendly as well. Last night I bought a pickle ball racquet and balls. They have a big selection of quality racquets and they also had some cute shoes and a little skirt too. I can’t wait to get out on the pickle ball courts! Thanks Helen’s!
