The staff at Helen's Cycles aren't there to BS or upsell you - they want you to get the right equipment and service that fits what you're looking for. As a bike novice, I went to get my bike serviced and asked for their opinion on multiple maintenance add-ons, but the technician who helped me simply assured me I would be fine with the most basic (and least costly) option. This isn't the first time they've taken good care of me, so they have my trust 100%!
We've visited the store several times and Cameron patiently guided us through multiple road and gravel bikes. He went out of his way to make us understand everything and get exactly what we want. Would highly recommend Helens Cycles and Cameron to our friends and we'll come back again!

Mario was amazing. Took time to assist me in purchasing a new Trek Domane. He was very professional and courteous. It was a great experience. I already recommended a colleague to stop by and purchase his new bike.
Cameron was great at providing detail about Trek FX sport models while I decided which one to purchase. Monty had assisted the day prior to making purchase. The Trek bicycle and accessories so far meet or exceed expectations. The continuing service of tune ups etc is a big plus for when it comes time for those requirements as well.

Everyone initially when I bought my bike was so nice to include Mario as well as most other staff that I came in contact with were very nice. The main service guy was a little brusque at times… may need to re read the customer service brochure again which brought my grade down a point but may have had a bad day. Will give them another try.

Brady was na excellent salesman helping pick the perfect bike for my daughter.
I also had a tire repaired in service dept while I was shopping and it was done by the time I was ready to leave.
I like that you have competent people who know how to fix bikes and a good selection.
Brady Dehayes did a great job in showing and selling us two e mountain bikes. Also, I like Helens because it carries a lot of inventory, which is a big selling point in coming to visit your shop from Ventura.
I have a trek marlin 8. I’ve only got it serviced by you guys and have had nothing but problems with it. Today my chain snapped, again, and I flipped over the handlebars and got pretty banged up. You guys just fixed the chain. I brought it on early this afternoon. I’m not even sure why. If whoever is reading this can upgrade the to the next step up rear derailleur! And crankset and just see if the brakes and rims are damaged. The cost isn’t an issue.

Your service department did a magnificent job on restoring my road bike. I had it in storage for over 2 years and it looks and performs like a new bike.
