Service department is great. They know what they are doing, and they do their best to quickly complete the work. Sales people are knowledgeable and patient. Unfortunately their efforts are sometimes hampered by inadequate stock - especially at the high end - to enable customers to test ride different frames. In those events, the sales people try to find close proxies, but that doesn't give the customer the true feel for the he wants to test.

Quality and service
I asked the mechanic to take a look at my rear brake while doing the Ultra Tune up because of a grinding sound/vibration in levers, and when I picked it up the mechanic said everything was fine. I went on a ride the following morning after my pickup and after 20 minutes of riding the grinding in the rear brake was back. I am upset that the one thing I specifically requesteed they look at was not addressed after spending $160. I will be calling the shop tomorrow to bring the bike back in and have the mechanic look into and fix the issue.
