Fantastic service department! Tuned-up my road bike on time and answered all of my questions! They even gave me some free mechanical advice to help me ship my bike across the country. Super helpful! Super fantastic service department!

Scheduled replacement of wheelchair tire. In at 10 am when store opened. Request took, request completed 1pm and received call wheel was in place and ready. Picked up wheelchair around 1:30pm, and back in home. Great job. Pleasant staff. Quick and complete service.

I am a new customer and this was my first time bringing my road bike in for service.
I am disappointed in my all around experience. From service, to sales, to check out:
Service: I felt like I was a hassle to deal with and my questions were silly. I didn’t feel welcomed or engaged with - it would have been great if someone would have engaged with me the service included in $160 tune up. Im new to cycling and could really benefit from some friendly feedback.
Sales: I inquired about new shoes and was met with a lot of sass from the sales person. When asked which shoes were most popular for triathletes the response I received was “oh your doing triathalons, we’ll you’re not going to win so it doesn’t matter which shoe you get.” This was not only discouraging but off putting.
Check out: the women whom checked me out after my services were complete was very short and slightly hostile when I asked her what was included in the price. Her response was “a tune up” to which I replied I was aware of and wondered if I could get a breakdown of the service. She seemed extremely annoyed and ripped my credit card receipt off the terminal with force and just asked for my signature “basically they took apart your bike and put it back together.”
All in all I left the bike shop very unsatisfied with the customer service I received. As a new client and potentially one who would have spent money in your store on gear and future bike assistance, I can’t say I’d return.
My cannondale is covered in oil drippings all over its black surface and some of my gears seem off track. I’d like to have it remedied but may go elsewhere for more friendly service.

My name is Jonathan Sieger and I own a small Business located between West LA and Germany called Grandprix Originals USA (.com) .. We are a small Micro-Brewery operation that relies on Customer Satisfaction wholly to propel our Artisan Hewn Adventure Touring Gear & Drivers Centric Sneakers along. This said- I bought a pair if Bianchi Forte's 20+ years ago from Helens- and was very happy with the bikes and ESPECIALLY- the CUSTOMER service. I vowed to patronize Helens ongoingly for our Cycle needs and thus landed back in some 20+ years later for the 2 TREK E-Mountain Bikes we purchased last week .. "Josh & Cameron" were thoroughly candid and pure Professionals in making a VERY daunting expense, both comfortable and actually inviting. It was a HUGE stretch to make these purchases happen- but we only have ONE life- and our last shirt has NO pockets- and with Health at forefront of the purchase - (as well as my Wife's Birthday), we went to a place where we felt thoroughly at "Home" We are in our 60's and this new technology E-Bike arena is a whole new learning curve.. Josh and Cameron spent EXACTLY as much time as we needed to adapt and learn these machines.. THANK YOU BOTH VERY MUCH - and HELENS of course-for a GREAT EXPERIENCE! ..

I like how quickly you wear able to get my bike repaired, However you went ahead and replace my bike chain without my permission and let me know it was already done. The only issue i have is that you should have called before you did it, and to assume i had the money for the repair. I could have only anticipated the tune up repair cost and took my chances. Overall your service is great and the guys are very helpful.
