Taking good care of the neighborhood riders since my first visit in 2006 - recently did a great job rebuilding my bike after an accident- i wouldn't have taken anywhere else!! Keep up the work I. Martin, socially distanced, of course!

We can trust Helen's when it's time to service our bikes. This year we have relied on Helen's much more so than any other year since we've been customers there, about 30 years ago. Wilbur has been particularly helpful for many years. He has made all the difference, helping us every step of the way with repair work. We have spent more time this year cycling through steep terrain and need to have the peace of mind that our bikes are in good working order. He has done this for us. We are extremely grateful for this not only in 2020 but in years past.
It is to Helen's credit that they have employees of Wilbur's caliber and the reason we will continue to patronize the Santa Monica store.
Order was cancelled for lack of inventory. Previously I tried ordering bikes and didn’t get emails or calls returned on multiple occasions across months.

There was a great selection of products. Before I left with my new bike the basket and lock were installed. The sales person, gant, answered all my questions and found me the perfect bike.

Brady was great. He took the time to give thorough answers to all my questions and worked with me until I was comfortable enough buy a bike.
