Friendly staff. Got the job done. Great attitude.
I am a novice and wanted the right beach cruiser for my 16 year old daughter. I went to a couple other stores and felt like I was being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge. I was being shown bikes that were $600. At your store your manager showed me the right bike for the right price and I felt like I purchased the right bike.
The salesman pointed out all the benefits of the different helmets I was looking at. He also helped me find the exact shoe I was looking for.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Gilbert has Taken care of my bikes for the past 15 years. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. I can ask him what he recommends and trust he won’t try to sell me anything I don’t need. He makes shopping at Helen’s a pleasure for me. Other personnel at Helen’s have treated my similarly. Thank you

Helen's has a great selection of bikes and the entire staff is super knowledgeable and nice. Eric Renick is very patient and knows the products very well. Their service department is also very well versed in all brands, not just Trek and Cannondale. I have purchased multiple bikes from them and would go no where else.
I went into the store on a busy day and the service area looked extremely backed up. I was told there wasn't an open slot to get my bike serviced for another month. I let the person helping me know that I unfortunately needed it done this week. His name was Daniel and he immediately asked me to bring in the bike and he serviced it right there! He changed the grips, tuned the chain and made the bike look new. I am so thankful for Daniel going the extra mile to get this done. Thank you Helen's Cycle and thank you Daniel. I will be back.
Great response time, organized—gentleman in the front (owner?) was very friendly and personable.
The men working there were pleasant but not overly friendly or interested in doing the bare minimum to help me buy my son a bike. I understand we are in hard times and everyone is stressed but a little bit more customer service would have left me feeling a bit better about spending $300+ there

A few months ago during the covid 19 pandemic, I called and left a message and then called again a few more times. It was frustrating because no one ever returned my phone call and no one answered the phones. The third time I called I couldn't even leave a message. I understand that Helen's was, like most of us, trying to figure things out like social distancing etc. Perhaps you can assign someone to create a voice message that leaves better instruction? And to place alerts on your website?

Great service and knowledgeable staff. I was attended by Leo who gave me personnel attention and lots of information as I was transitioning from aluminum wheels to carbon. My bike Service was efficient & timely(24 hours) and I got a text and call to remind me to pick up bike which was very helpful. Enjoyed riding my bike today !
