Ease and helpful
Order a helmet only to find out 2-3 days later that it was out of stock until February. Picked up another helmet and the staff was super rude.

Very helpful and efficient
What do I like about I.Martin? We have been coming here for years. Bought our son a Cannondale about 12 years ago. Appreciated Amanda’s thorough and never pushy customer service. We went in yesterday to look at a bike, settled on the first one but checked out another one just to be sure. Then we settled on that 2nd one until we decided to try a third one just to be sure. And voila! That was it! Amanda was totally helpful, patient, knowledgeable, kind, and made the whole afternoon a pleasure.
The bike is 5 star rated and unavailable anywhere else. Today’s first ride was delightful. Happy all around.
In the midst of the COVID/holiday situation, the staff at Helen's Santa Monica was welcoming and took their time to explain things, make recommendations - and just be courteous and friendly. I appreciated it and left there feeling good!
I like the personal touch that you can't get at a big chain or online store, as well as the staff's knowledge and expertise. It's also hugely beneficial to be able to try things on before buying.
I got incorrect advice on what pedals and cleats fit together, which led me to buy items i didn’t need. I then needed to return to the store to buy further items. It happens, i guess.
