The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.
I forget the associate's name who helped me, maybe Amanda. She is blond. She was eager to assist me with a quick dilemma of getting my seat attached to my post. It loosened up and I was unsure how to get it attached properly. She dove in and briefly asked for assistance from one of the technicians. It was very much appreciated. I am back on my bike! :-)

1. Availability of a bike which was difficult to find during the pandemic (I came up all the way from San Diego)
2. Staff was knowledgeable and responsive (especially Jay speaking to me over phone / text).
3. Staff installed purchased basket and lock quickly.

Great, as always! But I didn't get a note that my bike was ready / when it was ready and kinda sorta waited and then called to check in. No biggie but generally was looking out for a note.
I returned a couple items that I paid cash for and weeks later have yet to receive the refund.
Its important to have people that enjoy cycling assistance with purchases and help. In the repair area and upgrades.
