How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Staff and service is top notch however.parts and accessories pricing is out of control.I prefer to shop at the brick and mortors but can’t justify spending $9.00 over msrp for a cable set unless it’s an emergency. The local bike shop shouldn’t be emergency shopping only. Those kind of mark ups push customers to shop online.

This is one of the best bike shops I've ever been to. I bought two bikes from you guys and your customer service is unmatched. Anytime I have an issue with my bike, you guys are so quick to resolve it for me and you do it with grace and pride. I am a big fan of I. Martin!

Brady helped me with my first bike, and he was super knowledgeable and got me what I needed/wanted quickly.

It was the fastest and easiest purchase I’ve made. Will be coming back soon and referring family and friends!

What could we do to improve?

I was never sized for my bike. I'm 6'2", I purchased the Trek Verve 2 2021 XL. I believe that the
Large would have suited my better for clearance of my genitals to the bar. I didn't realize this until I took the bike home. I enjoy the bike i can ride with no issues as of yet. I just have to be careful. I know that the chart shows a 6'2" person has a 32 inseam, but somewhere I lost 2 inches.

Frank / Broadway store had the only model and color I needed for my daughters BDay in February.
On the call he knew I was thrilled to locate it the other day ..‘ rather then charge me the flop price they gave me an extra 5% off and 10 % off on accessories . Which they install at no cost before delivery of bike ..
Best yet they do a final time up to make sure all is in order ..
Bought my collage daughters beach cruiser at Helen’s , SM for her use at UCSB on 2006.
She loves it.. Still has it,
And looks real good still and in perfect condition..
