The bicycle was a birthday gift for my grandson.
The front reflector mount was damaged and would not stay in place .
This is a potential safety issue and the unit should have been more thoroughly QC inspected before pick up.
When I called in the first contact sugges tree Ed that I had damaged it which was insulting.
when I spoke to your manager I was told that I had to come back to the store which is not convenient

The Store had a very wide selection of bycicles and accessories, I was allowed to test drive the bycicle, and the employee was very very helpful and clearly knowledgeable about bycicles, and helped me pick out accessories and such for my bycicle, helped us understand how to use it, and was very kind and helpful in explaining everything, as well as the process of insuring the bycicle and the process of using that insurance in other places. If I need a bike or repair I will definitely go to Helen's.

Under these trying times, I know how difficult it is to obtain a bicycle. They continued to work with me to ensure that I got a bike suitable for my age, stature, etc. I felt I was listened to and that I was respected.
