Very collaborative, flexible.
Everything was great with my experience within the shop. I just would have liked to have a little more one on one with an associate is all. I could see the shop was very busy, so it's understandable why that didn't happen. Thank you!

Eric did an outstanding job as my salesperson! He was friendly, informative, and helpful. He showed me different models of the bike I was interested in, helped adjust the seat height, and allowed for a test ride. When I had a small issue with the cosmetic condition of one bike, he unhesitatingly found another that was perfect. He advised me about alternative tires for the bike and showed me how to remove the front wheel. He also helped me load the two bikes I purchased into my vehicle. If I come back to Helen's to shop for another bike, I will definitely ask for Eric.
Great guidance in helping me select the right bike
I was upset that after specifically asking for a chain replacement and cassette check before dropping my bike off, I still had to remind Helens day of pick up to replace my chain. Additionally when I got my bike back and started riding, my front brakes are making a really loud noise whenever I use them. This also isn’t the first time my brakes were put on incorrectly. It feels like after spending 5 years with Helens, buying this bike from you guys, and consistently coming back for repairs, bike parts, and accessories the quality of customer care has really gone down. I don’t really trust Helens to take care of my bike anymore and I’m wasting my time and money here.

I understand the need for continued caution during the pandemic, but I don't need to be scolded for following instructions. I bought a rack for my bike, and when I received the rack outside, I was told to go into the store. I went in, but instead of going to the cashier to immediately pay for the rack, I went looking for a pannier to go with it. As I was looking for the panniers, I was scolded for entering the room and not immediately paying for my rack. I realize there was some miscommunication when I entered the store, but still I shouldn't be belittled for cutting in front of others waiting when I was told by employees to enter the store.
