We went in "just to look." We left with a brand new Trek bike for my 8 year old. The staff are super nice and helpful. They have inventory so you can actually try the bike out. I told my husband we are coming back to buy a bike for me!

Full service and everything you need for an excellent biking experience
I didn't catch the name of the nice salesman who helped up (maybe he was bald? early 30s, white dude?) but he was super helpful and I would totally go back to buy form him again. He was knowledgeable and could describe the differences between similar products at different price points. kind and patient with my fidgety 2 year old. thanks!

We have been customers for a long time. Purchasing bikes has been a good experience but the service runs long and not always the most friendly.
Staff is always friendly and helpful, I tend to trust Helen’s over other bike shops to diagnose, fix, and handle my bike with care and consistency.

I went to get new inner tubes installed on son's bike because they were popped and they did it but didn't tighten the chain and it fell off and I had to fix it.

Salesperson (ML2) told me that I would receive an email with the offer of a free tune-up on my new Cannondale Quick 4 bicycle within the period of one-year after purchase. This email from Helen's/I.Martin bicycles has yet to arrive. Is it possible to get this offer in writing and if so, when?
