I appreciate the knowledgeable advice and service provided, but your sales staff always seem to be a bit stressed for time which translates to being aggressive to the customer. I'm an older guy so I completely understand the challenge of running a good shop and staying competitive. It's just something I noticed.
My real criticism at the moment is that I recently retrieved my bike from having it serviced for $160 and readily discovered a small but pronounced bulge in the front tire before leaving your store. I'd been monitoring my tires and was planning on replacing them soon because each had a flat since purchasing the bike two years ago. Before dropping it off I mentioned this to the person who took it in, so I was surprised to be handed the bike with such an obvious problem! Please be more thorough with your tune-ups next time.
Didn’t honor my 10% discount when I purchased a wahoo element. I’ve bought 3 bikes from the MB store over the years. I will reconsider my loyalty.
Tony has been very helpful over the yearsl in selecting and fitting. Sorry, that he is no longer working due to his health. Wilber in Service is great in maintaining my bike.

Cameron was very helpful and knowledgeable about various products including bikes and accessories. He also had the kickstand and light set installed on the bike while we were still shopping. I also like the price range on accessories. I picked a $40 light set which was low end but spent $150 on the helmet. Cameron also loaded our new bike into the car all at closing time and I didn’t feel rushed. Thanks!

I have gooo experiences there and then not so good.
The entire MB team was friendly, stepping forward to ask if they can help, knowledgeable & skilled. A special shout-out to Edgar who took a personal interest in modifying & adjusting multiple times my Colnago V1R road bike to allow me to continue to ride it after a cervical fusion surgery. Edgar is my new mechanic! Helen's is my new shop!
