The whole staff is always so welcoming as well as being knowledgable, very skilled and they provide excellent service. Could not imagine taking my bikes anywhere else or getting my gear from anywhere else.

Was experiencing shifting issues on my Trek Emonda and expected a service turnaround of 3-5 business days. Upon arrival the service tech slapped my bike on the gurney and performed immediate surgery. The bike shifts perfectly now and I was very impressed with the service and immediate attention I received. Elevation Cycles is by far the most helpful and personable bike store I know. I have been a loyal customer now for a number of years and intend to keep it that way. Thank you, Elevation!!!

Service was great. Called in got info on repair services. Walked in without an appointment, was able to have the issue diagnosed right then and provided with cost and time to repair. Was notified that the repairs were completed next day and picked up the bike. Great service always!
