Excellent service, with no feeling of being upsold at any point.
Good selection of gear and bikes. Staff is amazing and really love cycling of all kinds. They’re never in a hurry and answer questions thoroughly…even if it means a product they don’t carry might be a better fit.
I bought my new Yeti and they celebrated with me excitedly saying “Happy New Bike Day” many times and getting some good pics as is tradition.
I’ll always check in at Elevation Parker first when I need or want anything cycling related. They are just awesome people and fun to be around.

Helpful service who listen and problem solve your bike issues. Specifically I have a bike with an ancient fork which requires a special part to inflate. They let me know what part I needed and kept the bike while I obtained the part and helped me inflate the shock at the shop. I'll be going here again.
My exposure was quite limited but enjoyed working with a knowledgeable staff.

Friendly service, however, a little long on estimate for getting two tires and tubes changed. I can understand the workload, but seemed a bit long (72 hours).

I needed an emergency replacement of a cable that broke so I could go on my birthday ride. They had it done in 45 minutes to still allow my day to be special. I was so grateful and excited!!
