They fixed my rim and delivered it when they said they would. If they were open a little later or on Sundays it might be a little easier to get to the store.

I am an avid cyclist and spend many hours on the trails in Denver and surrounding areas. I recently took my bike to Elevation location in LoDon for a tune up. The staff was friendly and delivered a well tuned bike on time. I would recommend Elevation as a source for your cycling needs.

I haven't tested the bike out yet so feel I really can't give a complete review. Staff was very personable, kept us informed and the bike was ready when you said it would be. Now I just have to get it out there!
From the first time we walked in the door the staff and management have been fantastic. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, clean, professional etc.
And the dogs! Even better! Love the dogs at the shop.

Knowledgeable techs, quick turnaround on jobs, and Patrick was especially helpful with a few mechanics tricks that he shared. Prices for materials and services are very fair.
I would not say anything you could improve but the only reason why i said 8 was because i have had multiple like over 10 encounters with your service guy Kyle, he was very disrespectful to me and my bike and that was very alarming to me. I have been a bike mechanic for a long time but i only came there so i could get the part ordered but he did not seem to like that. So i don't think i could ever give this place a full 10. Although my gentlemen that helped me find my product was very nice and welcoming.
Everyone at Elevation Cycles was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The work on turning up our bike was thorough and efficient. If we do end up buying new bikes, we will definitely use Elevation Cycles!

The team here is always super friendly and the service department has a turnaround time that is stuff of legend. I have seen familiar faces and new ones over the years, but one thing has remained constant, the level of service has always been exceptional. A special thanks to the mechanic who brought tranquility back to the bike rides after fixing a very annoying clicking noise. If I could give a higher rating than a 10, I would.
I truly appreciate the help we received from Don. He walked us through the in's and out's of eBikes. Due to his help we were able to find the right bikes for us.
