Love your service department! You all are so patient explaining service and repair issues. Grateful for your willingness to spend time with customers.
Y'all did a really good job, but when you replaced my tube on the back, in the stem, there was a piece not screwed in right, and when I went to air up my tires today (which were left underinflated afterward, but that's not a big deal, really) I unscrewed the piece, and another piece, not really sure how to describe it, but the piece with the part that attaches to the pump, and screws into the stem popped off, so I had to get pliers to put it back on, and air my tire up from 0, which made me late for school. So overall good job, but a little messy around the edges.
Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Overall a very pleasant experience.
