We liked the selection of bikes that you now have (compared to last June when we shopped and you didn't have much of anything). We also liked the personal help and explanation about the bike from our salesperson.

You team was very helpful getting me setup on the new gravel bike, walking me through the pros/cons of tubeless. Given the current circumstances, it helps elevation cycles has a rough schedule of bikes coming in, which is better than some other local shops.
