I’ve had my mountain bike serviced several times. The staff is always helpful, the work is excellent and the consultation on what needs to fixed and what doesn’t is always fair.
The work is done quickly at a reasonable rate.

I have stopped in a couple times to ask the service department a question about one of my bikes. Both times they were very friendly and very helpful. They gave me some good advice, and didn’t charge me anything for it. One guy gave me a couple old seals for the front hub on my old bike. Now whenever I need something, it’s a no-brainer to stop there. First rate customer service.
Nadine already took care of me - she adjusted the price of new shoes that I was told a month ago would be covered under warranty from my current pair.
The result was ultimately acceptable but staff should be trained to assess what is covered under warranty vs. not, as I wouldn’t have ordered the new ones in the first place.
Also annoying that the Bontrager $225 shoes themselves didn’t last a single CX season, but I realize that’s a Trek corporate issue, not a store issue.
Elevation LoDo has a friendly staff of smart guys who can give good advice for both road and mtn riding. Since I live in town, it is very nice to have a good shop I can easily ride or walk to.
Everyone I interacted with at the shop was friendly and super helpful. I felt confident I was leaving my bike in good hands. My bike was even ready for me to pick up early. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Needed a sram chain as bike source does not have. Very helpful young man in parts I really appreciated his helping me get what I needed and instruction on installing.

Honesty and quick turn around on service.

The entire team there has always been extremely professional. Ive been going for years as a daily rider. I bought a bike there, had wheels built, dealt with some warranty stuff through them, I spent money on lots of other parts and services and sometimes just called to ask questions. I haven't had a single bad encounter. I go to the shop and check for parts rather then grab deals online just because I want to support the shop.
