Very friendly, quick turnaround and very patient! I called ahead and they had two bikes ready for my son to see. Really fun experience :)
I loved the huge selection of bikes! From children's up to electric! And the staff really worked to find the right fit (and color combo) for me! Michael was especially diligent in helping do "search and retrieve" until the right bike came up!! Thank you so much! It's nice to have a neighborhood bike shop and I have already recommended them to several friends!! I am now the owner of a beautiful new bike and a faithful customer of Elevation Cycles in Park Hill!!

I like having a knowledgeable staff so close to home. My 8 year old son is an avid bike rider, often riding with adult men on difficult trails. His skill and knowledge passed me up years ago. I really depend on a local bike shop with staff who are engaging and communicative with children as this is really his sport and he wants to be involved every step of the way. Additionally, as a mother and a nurse, I am 100% interested in safety. Staff at this location are quick to explain all the technical aspects to my boy. They also address all of my questions regarding safety. On this particular occasion, the representative was very patient with us. My three year old daughter was having a major meltdown and he never once acted annoyed or shocked. He just told me to take my time and helped us get what we needed and out of there in record time. Thank you elevation cycles!!!
Service and product
The 1st time I went into your store, I was treated very well (I think it was just opened, and it may have been the new owner). The 2nd time I thought I was treated relatively rudely and I was just asking about some cycling gloves. The most recent (my 3rd time) on 2/24/21, I was treated vey respectfully and the salesman fixed my shoe at not charge. I did end up buying some chain cleaner and looked around a little. Having been an owner of a small business, I can tell you that treating customers with concern and respect will make or break your business. Being treated well 2 out of 3 times needs some improvement.

My first visit was to buy a pair of gloves , however, did not use other features of the store. THe manager, I believe, was very helpful about showing me about purchasing a new bike. I anticipate I will enjoy working with this store when I do buy a new bike.

In the past, you guys have been an extremely relationship-based shop, which is one reason why I've continued to bring my family's business to you these last 5 years. The other day, I spoke to a staffer about being eligible to participate in the exchange program, but my son had bought his bike there 3 years and 1 1/2 weeks before. He'd said that he would talk to a manager and reach back out to me to see if they could make an exception for the "3 year window" upgrade policy on my son's bike.
I didn't get a call, so when I came back into the shop a few days later (lunchtime on a weekday, so the shop was empty), I asked again about eligibility for the exchange. I was told flat-out "No", that the deadline had passed and if they made an exception for me, they'd have to make exceptions for everybody.
I get that bike demand is sky high right now, and demand for new bikes is outstripping supply due to Coronavirus. That said, local bike shops are still a relationship business, and once the COVID tailwinds subside, you'll be back to relying on repeat customers for your business. I've had lots of great experiences with the shop, and I have no plans to find a new bike shop. I don't even know that I would have participated if the offer had been extended.
This isn't a huge deal, but it was a bit of a disappointment. In the past, I've enthusiastically recommended Elevation Cycles as "the best service, family-friendly shop in Highlands Ranch", but I think I'm drifting out of that category for the time being. Just wanted to supply that feedback!

You guys go above and beyond the customers expectation
The custom printed Voile straps are a really awesome supplement to my gear set up. Whomever designed them really has an eye for fashion AND function!

Everyone is awesome, can't wait for the white mesh summer vests to arrive for the service team to wear!
