I bought a PUBLIC V7 and it came in the mail super jacked. The wheelset wasn't true, brakes were completely uninstalled, and it even had a flat. Elevation Cycles tuned it up to perfect condition and I came back and picked it up the same day. Thank you!
Friendly, great service, I like the e-mail reminders, and I like the included annual tune on new bikes.

Just picked up my bike- did a bunch of stuff- drive chain,cassette sram, etc- rides like a new bike- so tight feels like I’ll have to break it in again- bought my bike from them- 6 1/2 years ago and they kept it in great condition- have almost 24 thousand miles on it.All the people there are great to work with- need a bike or service they are the people to see!!

The Service dept team is great!!
They are extremely knowledgeable and were able to take a quick look at my bike, give it a test ride and were able to narrow down the issue to a few parts.
After disassembling a few parts, he figured out what the issue looked to be, made a few quick adjustments and took it for another quick test ride.
The issue was a quick fix and saved me time and money. This Service team is honest and more interested in taking care of their customers in the best possible manner, than trying to sell unnecessary service and parts.
I bring all my bikes to this store and tell all my friends about how good this Bike shop is.

The place is run well. Everyone that I interact with either knows what they are talking about or finds someone who does. The work I have had done there has always been top tier. Everything is “one and done”. I can tell you that is not the case at other shops I have been to.
