Quick access to the repair guy. My problem was a small chore for him, but I didn't know what to do. The fellow quickly figured out the problem and gave me a quick, on the spot, repair for a very reasonable price.
Fast minor repairs
Elevation cycles has always had a great selection, their maintenance is top notch and most of their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The staff this time seemed curt, stayed in the front desk, and seemed annoyed by customers. It was only one gentleman, but that was enough. Sometimes people have a bad day or experience. We’ve all been there, however, I found a new shop and purchased a new bike.
The services was exceptional. The staffs were so friendly, so nice, pleasant & kind. They make my day every time I come there. I keep telling everyone I know about the store, the employees there & how happy I am with the bike I got.
My wife bought a bike from you 2 weeks earlier than me and she was not given her new bike handbook. As a result, we were unable to take advantage of the 50/50 Refferal Program
I chatted with Alex about an upcoming bike purchase and he was very honest about my request. Gave me his card, took down my info and will reach out as soon as bikes become available.
Friendly phone call with genuine interest in helping me find a BMX bike for my son’s birthday.

I like that they are not a corporate chain and were very helpful.
The place seemed unorganized, We looked up the internet that indicated open on Saturday, we rode our bike and waited for the place to open, it did not we called the phone message thaty says open on Saturday the sign on the door says open, many people waiting for 1o AM to open, a small sign on the door indicates closed for holidays.... we wasted a whole morning for your mismanagement...
Then I get an email to come in on a recall, when I get in a young man says you have to make an appointment, after a long wait and conversation with few people the service person changed the parts, you think you can handle this different?
Mika was amazingly helpful and found the right bikes for both of my children in a quick timeframe. She was patient and knowledgeable.

These people are great! My daughter's tire was flat right before a 4th of July bike parade. I brought the bike in without an appointment - they were very busy but I explained that we needed the bike fixed urgently and they got it done, no questions asked. very friendly, courteous, polite and accomodating. They were recommended to me by a friend, and i will certainly refer to other people. Great job !
