Pricing seems a bit high. They like to nickel and dime you for everything. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

Excellent customer service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The technician on our bikes for the assessment was fabulous! If he was not our technician for actually working on the bikes then that person is awesome, too.

I came back for an impromptu tire sealant service and they got me right on (same gentleman who did the assessment) and got right in. Took a few minutes and I was on my way again.

Staff were very nice and considerate. I requested a wheel true for both wheels and I was only charged for one wheel true because they said my wheels were not that much out of true and that was very meaningful to me. Additionally, I brought my bike in with the shift cables and wires removed from the hubs so that they could easily remove the wheels and they reinstalled them when they were done and little details like that matter.

I was looking for a reduced bill. My bike is less than 2 months old and I had to bring it into the shop...not under warranty, so a break on the cost would have been appreciated.

Johnathon was very helpful over the phone and led me to come into the store and make a purchase. Once in the store I had a bike service question. i appreciated that the mechanic took the time to give me some service advice so I could fix the bike problem myself.
