To get a service appt was nearly 3 weeks out - I had a shop in Lakewood get it done within 3 days for 1/3 of the cost.
Awesome staff!
Historically I’ve found most bike shop employees to be stand-off ish and not very welcoming. This has never been the case at Elevation Cycles. As a newcomer to Denver I was worried I would not find a shop that I felt comfortable going to, luckily I found Elevation. The mechanics have been able to fit me in for quick tweaks and sales people have been super chill and helpful. Everyone just feels like my friend. I couldn’t recommend the shop more. Thanks for the great service everyone!

Friendly staff - extremely helpful. They listen to your needs and try to sell you bikes and equipment that is consistent with the level of cycling that you'll be doing.
My praise is and always has been for the service department and especially Joey Meza. I have had him work on both my road and tri bikes, and he has not only taken the time to explain why the bike wasn’t working optimally, he took the time and has the expertise to get it there. Super reliable repairs and adjustments. I don’t go anywhere else.
The folks at elevations cycles are kind, patient and respectful. Most of all, they are as helpful as they can be especially with post pandemic broken supply chains. Always looking for solutions, it’s been a pleasure doing business with them even though they can’t find what I need.

Service is inconsistent - sometimes it's amazing and other times misses the mark. Most recently I placed a backorder for a part and was told I would get texts and calls throughout the waiting period with updates. The original ship date passed with no updates, so I had to call and talk to 2 different people to find it was delayed another 6 weeks. I called 6 weeks later to check-in (as I still hadn't gotten any updates) to find the part was already in and they were expecting me to drop off the bike in a few days (again, without notifying me). Getting the part installed was good, everything works great, but these inconsistent experiences don't excite me about working with Elevation in the future.
