Came in with a pretty straightforward bike repair issue that I couldn't fix on my own (I don't have the specific tools to handle it). The service dept. fixed the issue in minutes, got me some spare parts and had me taken care of in less than 10 minutes. Top notch work from the service dept! I will definitely make Elevation my first choice for service issues that I can't handle on my own. Thanks!

I drive past 2 others shops to take all my bikes to Elevation. Quality work every single time, never had an issue.
Very good at identifying issues with my bicycle rather than ignoring them. Finally repaired issues with shifting and breaking on my bike after multiple visitations to other bicycle shops.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The process on getting my tune up was extremely efficient and the time it took to complete was exactly what they estimated. I liked how they texted and emailed me when it was completed.

Great folks, great service. But, I appears I'll need to go online when looking for parts for my slightly older bikes (e.g. 26mm handlebar clamp diameter stem). Not a big deal, as that's the nature of the bike business I think. I'll keep buying local for the rest!
