Very personable staff. Zach, Nadine and Ian were great to work with: knowledgeable, willing to answer all my questions and provide their views on aspects of the bikes they were offering.

This was the first time l visited the shop. I discovered late afternoon my bike had a flat tire & l needed to use it the next morning. I called first, talked to Curtis & he told me to bring it right down. I was amazed to be in & out of there in less than 1/2 an hour - flat fixed, liners put in at his suggestion & he also noticed one of the shifters needed adjustment & took care of that as well. That’s terrific service & l’m thrilled to have this shop in my neighborhood, just a few blocks away from where l live!

Checking in on our order I would say phone support was a little difficult. Rep seemed a little rushed and sassy when we called to inquire about our bikes status. Overall really great same day service though!! We do plan on coming back and we know sometimes people are just in a hurry and may have just come across unpleasant for a variety of reasons.

Only had 2 interactions with this LBS, so far so good! Nice staff, the techs did great with my bike, they quickly ordered a bolt that broke (all specialty stuff these days), new bar wrap looks amazing, friendly staff! This will be my go-to!
