You had hard to find brake pads and ergon grips
The staff was professional and patient with all my questions. They were very helpful with explaining what tires would work best for me based on my bike and type of riding. Will definitely be going back.

Need single point of contact from drop off to work communication, to completion/pickup. Want someone to go over the bike with me at pick up and point out things they did, things they noticed, etc.
Don’t need someone to just regurgitate the work order I set up with someone else, and yet, another person actually did the work.
Other than that, great guys and strong shop with strong potential.

Mike and Brant (I believe that was his name) were very helpful with my tuneup / service needs for 2 bikes and clearly explained the scope and reason for recommended changes. Turn around was exceptional as I dropped the bikes off at noon and they were ready by the end of the day.
I had previously been using a shop much closer to my house but the service and attitude Elevation demonstrated to me when I brought one of my bikes (Niner Air9 RDO) in for a repair far exceeded what I experienced from the other shop. That is also when I realized Elevation was a Pivot dealer, so I decided to use Elevation for my primary bike - a Pivot LES. My recent repair was a fork issue that I feared may required a complete rebuild or worse yet, a new fork. The issue was deemed very minor and I appreciated the Elevation Tech's (Brandt I think?) honesty and communication in regards to what the issue was. A simple fork service which was done in a timely manner addressed the problem and one of the other Tech's was gracious and happy to help me swap my pedals from the LES to the Niner (and back post repair) as I don't have the right pedal wrench so I had a bike to ride in the meantime. Definitely recommend Elevation and will be a repeat customer.

After visiting several shops, and feeling underwhelmed, I stopped at Elevation Cycles and the first person I met was Nadine. She approached immediately, and asked many important and engaging questions about what I was looking for and my body. She knew right away what bike would be the best fit for me and we set up a trial ride. My daughter in law also bought a new bike that day 😊.
It was true love from there! The icing on the cake were the social rides, and being able to connect with some wonderful people in the cycling community.
I’m in love with my bike (Trek SL7) and grateful for Nadine and Elevation Cycles.
P.S. The people in service department are also fantastic.
Personal attention. No matter what level of cyclist you are they take great care of you. They want everyone to really enjoy cycling and they do everything they can to make that happen. Nadine and her staff were awesome and I cannot thank them enough. Also, the different locations work together as a team to make sure you are taken care of. All of them are great.
