The entire staff was super helpful and went above and beyond in helping me with various needs. They were friendly and communicative throughout my experience and I would definitely go out of my way to suggest them to friends/family. I made several purchases in one day including a new bike for my son, even though the team was super busy and has a backlog of work to do, they prioritized building my sons new bike. I can't tell you how happy it made him and I spent the rest of my evening teaching my son to ride his bike, the staff helped to create a memory for my family that will last a lifetime.
A big shout out to DK! I would never have purchased the cosmic stallion were it not for his expert salesmanship! He followed the #1 rule, make sure the customer leaves happy! Give this man a raise, he is Elevation's best asset!
Had a flat, they had me in and out in 15 minutes.
The employees were incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything to us. They helped us make a purchase and set the bike aside so we could get it later. I would have given it a higher score if there was a bigger selection of bikes to choose from for our kids. I understand that supplies are limited. But, that’s what would make it excellent.

The crew is all very friendly and approachable. They assessed my bike and possible improvements and repairs as part of my tune-up, and gave me a line by line cost estimate. This was a refreshing experience because I've been to several bike shops where there isn't transparency and there is an elitism about bike knowledge and components. Certainly did not feel this here. Thank-you for the helpful service!
We have been very please with Elevation, since being able to get a Bike last year. then When thorns have invaded our tires, and pedals recalled. They have been very responsive, Knowledgable, and kind and prompt with repairs. We are very happy.

Told me bikes would be ready on tuesday only one was ready on following friday and the second was not ready until the following tuesday and one of the damaged brake cables was not repaired the repairs came to 40 more than the 128 quote not happy with service

Every human I spoke with at Elevation Cycles was friendly and helpful. I ended up having them rebuild a warranted hub and they (especially Brandt) went above and beyond to keep me in the loop/problem solve/get my wheel rebuildt. I think these folks do a terrific job taking care of bicycles but an even better job of taking care of their customers. I wish I could bring in a six pack to say thanks, but here is my virtual gratitude- you guys rock!

This is a bike shop that cares. I always feel welcome. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. The shop has always done excellent work on my bike. And when I am purchasing new things, they give excellent practical advice - not just pushing the more expensive options.
