Elevation Cycle is probably the most friendly and helpful business I've ever encountered. The staff, Don, Jonathan, Sam and all the others that I may have missed at the Parker location. From the very first time I stepped into this store I've always been treated with kindness and helpfulness. I'm made to feel like a friend rather than just a customer. I bought a TREK electric bike and I do know have enough written info on handling the Iinfo box. This shows mileage gone, batter. I know it shows more but cannot remember how to get the additional info.
Also, not sure my bike battery is charging. No light to indicate charging. More written instructions needed on operating. bike.

Summer 2021…No fully assembled bicycles available for purchase. not a lot of available parts. Even less for a 6’5” gentleman (he/him/his) such as myself.
We started this journey in June 2021, a couple months before the Delta strain hit (approximately 297.3 days before Google becomes self-aware).
Note to self: Play Tic-Tac-Toe with Google
This was my first experience bicycle shopping through an active global pandemic. On top of that, I had no idea what I really wanted… just something that had no electric parts that will be ready in the next 296.6 days. They beat the deadline and surpassed expectations.
….All joking aside - I had no idea what I wanted, but somehow Jacob and the rest of the crew put it together during a pretty difficult time for parts. It’s a great bike. Thanks guys!

I was impressed by the customer service.
bike rides really well and staff was friendly but i got back my bike and my computer no longer works. I am going to attempt to fix the input/feeder mechanism on the tire. the tires were also not to pressure; they were at 60psi and need much higher than that for road/tri tires
