The service technician that helped my son was so nice, patient and understanding. My son purchased a very expensive bike, put it together himself and had some concerns. The technician assured him everything was fine and he was good to ride. It was so nice to finally receive excellent customer service!

From the time we ordered the bike to picking it up was 3 days and it was available 2 days after we ordered, I just couldn't get there. When I picked it up, they were so friendly and answered all of my questions as well as let me take it for a spin outside. So efficient and helpful!

In the end, I didn't receive any service from elevation cycles. I was told that I would have to leave the bike at the shop, and come back next day to have a rivnut installed on the bottle cage mount, even though this is a very quick repair. I took the bike to BikeSource across the street and was in and out within 5 minutes.
Brant helped me out with a Wahoo Kickr that was having issues. He contact the company, got it figured out, and we were sorted out in a few days. We are now riding a new kickr. Brant is very helpful and very professional.
