The customer service was un paralleled.
Loved the quality of service and friendliness of the shop.
The guys were able to get my bike in, bleed the brakes and change brake pads in one day. I rode every day so down time is not ideal. They are always willing to work with me if they can.
Great Mechanic service and support! The Cashier was friendly and fast. The Sales staff was good and accurate although dismissive of competition and inaccurate of available options from on-line vendors about Ebikes and their capabilities. I suggest more training including Emotional IQ and Listening skills.

The people working at Elevation Cycles are very helpful in explaining their products and which of them are best suited to you. I have had Trek bikes for years and think they are some of the best bikes made and have top notch components. I started out with one of their road bikes in the early 80’s and now that I’m older I bought an e-bike. I have never been disappointed.

We bought an electric bike from them, and walked out Getting the battery cables and charger… when we got home, we realized we had no key. We live in Colorado Springs. They would not run the key down… we needed to go back and get it. They wanted to mail it, but we were moving in a few days. They should have had all things together….
