Fast, affordable, and done well
Elevation Cycles has been my first choice in service, parts and riding gear for the past 5 years. I bought my Trek Emonda 6SL 4 years ago from them and could not have been more pleased with the bike thier customer service and tuneup package. They do a great job and I enjoy thier friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Front desk guy and service tech super friendly and helpful. Did what they said they'd do regarding timing for service completion. Minor issue with shifter after test drive that will need adjustment but overall pleased.
I brought my mountain bike's rear hub in for service. The service tech was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, the job was finishined in under a week, and it works like new! Great quality of service and customer focus.

Good work. But I’m pretty sure that when I bought my trek bike from bicycle Pedlr the price included free tune ups. I have had several, but when I took the bike in yesterday for a tuneup, I was told the deal was no longer valid. Eventually I was told I didn’t need a tuneup but just a little repair. I was charged a small fee for the repair which was done well, but I think the bike could use a tune up for a smoother shifting through the gears. Everyone was very congenial though. Thanks.
