I specifically asked that my derailer and shifting be addressed. On my first ride after my bike was serviced, the shifting still was skipping 2nd gear. My ride was very frustrating till I finally stopped and made some adjustments that actually resolved the issue. Also, I asked for my post dropper to be serviced because the rebound was slow and wouldn't return to full height. The issue still persisted. Now I'm wondering what exactly I paid for.
Great service and fast turn around time. Bikes were like new after the tune ups and new parts.

I bought tires for my mountain bike because I was having so many flats. I think my sales person was Doug or Dave. Anyway, they put the tires on but apparently didn't test ride the bike because the front derailer rubbed on the back tire when I shifted to the small plate in front. Had to bring it back and Alex Smith personally took care of situation. He put a smaller tire on the back and adjusted the shifting. Very pleased following my 2nd visit.
Nadine was very helpful. Transferred the helmet I wanted from another location to the Highlands Ranch store. She was also very knowledgeable about the E-Bike we are looking to purchase in the future.
