Great service
Clean shop fast service and the repair shop will actually stop and talk to you about the repairs. I’ve done my own repairs and when I take my bike into the shop that means I need help, info and advice. I always get that here.
Great service amazing staff!
Incredible staff and thus customer service. Truly appreciate just being able to chat and ask questions without feeling like a bother or novice. I am always greeted when I walk in and am treated like a friend whether I’m buying a bike or a pair of socks.

I'm relatively new to bicycle maintenance/repair and wanted to know more bcuz biking is now my daily commute. The guys at elevation cycle were very friendly and informative and I ended up learning quite a bit about my bike. Scheduled a tune for next month and plan on being a regular customer.

What do 8blome about your products and services? I like Christine. I'm a big proponent of managers and what they do. The good ones align staff and secure the business. She's one of the good ones.
Other than that, the store had the bike that I wanted. Christine helped me get to the right size and option for my daughter, then helped custom order some parts that looked fantastic. The store was clean and well organized. Truly well run and a quality product all the way around.

Bike took a little longer to come in than expected but that was the only issue we had. Everything else was absolutely fantastic and we highly recommend this store for any of your bike needs!!

Thanks for all the help and personal attention from multiple people when trying a gravel bike and determining if it was the right size and bike for what I want to do. I ended up buying the bike after the test ride. Would be nice if i could have purchased a womens saddle as well to make the bike closer to being ready to ride. I appreciated the willingness of staff to explain technical aspects of the gravel bike as well. Would recommend your shop for sure!
