Well, I bought a Dual Sport 2 and I'm quite impressed. Compared to the bicycles I've been riding, this one is much lighter and the shifting is pretty good too. I have had some shifting problems, but nothing too difficult for e to adjust derailleurs. I made my purchase on o4/06/22 and the handbook that I received says that I'll be reminded of my Free 30-Day Checkup via email. Today is 05/16/22. Not rec'd reminder yet. All in all, I'm pleased.

Bought my bike and a bike for one of the grandkids. It was his first shifter bike and hand brakes. Nadine took him out to the empty lot and taught him all the basics.
Now he knows not only how to ride it but how to take good care of it.

The mechanics are as helpful and friendly as the sales staff and management (who are generally awesome). I'm in the store maybe only once/twice a month and it seems someone always greets me by my first name when I walk in. These are rare qualities among most other shops I've been to, where often the mechanics make you feel like you're inconveniencing them with your repair request or parts question. I'm not even a big fan of Trek bikes but I'll keep using Elevation for the excellent service.
Took a couple bikes in on Saturday afternoon, and once again the service was more than excellent. I’ve been to a lot of bike shops around the country, and Elevation Cycles ranks a top when it comes to service, courtesy, pricing, and cleanliness. The shop guys are fantastic and many times can service your needs immediately. Reminds me of the service at Rim Cyclery in Moab.

Not a lot of shops are doing tune ups included with bike purchases anymore, but they are. Totally worth getting your bike here!
