The folks at Elevation Cycles love bicycles and the people who ride them. That is exhibited in how they treat customers and their bikes.
I love my new bike from Elevation Cycles and the service that I have received when I have needed advice or a minor tweak on the derailleur. Plus, they very graciously walked me through the process to put my bike into a carrier for an overseas bike trip.

Emily was awesome! she was really knowledgable and personable and helped me find the perfect bike. the store was really busy but she still spent as much time with me as i needed and I never felt rushed.
I didnt catch the name of the person I picked the bike up from yesterday but he was great too, doing last minute tweaks and answering my newbie questions.

I like the location, the inventory and services available, and the friendly, knowledgeable and skilled associates. My service was awesome.
I always take my bikes to Elevation for service; I know I can depend on mechanics who know what they're doing and who can make recommendations. Everyone is always friendly and attentive, and the work is always done on time or early.
Nadine, Alex and the rest of the staff offer great customer service. I have purchased 3 bikes from them now (at least), and support is always there when needed. Chose to order a special e bike that took about 4.5 months to get due to worldwide supply chain issues. Nadine helped me set it up with the right fit and accessories.
Great products and people Lucas provided tailored solutions and thoughtful guidance to our bicycling needs.

Reached out to the shop and Alex promptly responded. Shipped in 2 sizes of a Checkpoint for me to get a feel for fit. When the bikes arrived, shop emailed me and I went to look. Test rode both, no pressure at all. Connor was a huge help and when I returned from my ride they were willing to hold the bike another day for me to decide. I picked up the next day :-)
Thank you Alex, Connor, Don, and the mechanic (sorry, didn’t get name) who delivered the bike to me and provided some pro-tips to ensure I’d be happy with the bike.
